He called about 45 minutes before our appointment and was on time & super friendly. Explained all the services and pricing before he started and everything came out great. Prompt service at a very good price! The technician from Z And G Carpet Cleaning & Rug Cleaning was a total lifesaver! This house has gone through many generations of tenants, and I'm not sure the carpets have been cleaned since they were put in 8-or-so years ago! H worked his butt off, and made them look like new! He was friendly, punctual, polite, and incredible hardworking! Highly highly highly recommend, and will use again!
