This pillow has changed my life. I have had headaches for 13 years and just figured out it was due to my neck and sleeping position. Terrible headaches that I thought were migraines twice a week for three days at a time. Thought it was hormones at first, food allergies, etc etc. I tried everything and nothing seemed to work. Living on excedrin.
When I first laid on the pillow I thought. No way can I sleep on this. I started sleeping on this pillow 3 weeks ago. My back and neck is so much better.
Next
I am going to do exercises to strengthen my neck and upper back muscles.
