  Ariel and Adrian are the best in the business. True professionals that are way ahead of their competition in the strategies they use to market your home. They are very in touch with marketing in todays tech savvy world. The staging, pictures as well as the video they produced of our property really blew us away. The additional services that they provide along the way are incredible. From designing to staging, to highlighting all the finer details in your home, everything is top notch. I am a tough customer that knows what i want, and Ariel and Adrian found a way to surpass my expectations. Look no further, you have found your agents. Highly recommend!

  You guys & I mean the whole KT Team, are truly awesome. We followed your advice, even though it was difficult at times, the staggers came next & did their magic, then your marketing team went to work to "put it our there", then Steve & you two KT guys, Ariel & Adrian, did the rest. I can't thank you enough for all the hard work you all have done on our behalf & you did the job so very quickly. Our dream of moving to the eastern seaboard can now become a reality.   From the moment we met Adrian we felt confident and comfortable working with him and this amazing team. He made buying our new home easy and selling even easier. The KT team worked with us and helped us even with the smallest doubts, questions and insecurities that come with making such big life changing decisions like these. With their amazing team guiding us we sold our home within a week of listing. I can go on and on with how great the KT team is but it’s something you have to experience yourself.
