Our business is very niche and we have specific, uncommon, and sometimes troublesome requirements, but they are willing to help us throughout the entire process with smiling faces! Communication is almost every day just to keep us in the loop, ETA's, or if they have any questions that need clarifying. They were very professional to work with and were prompt and great at providing updates. Very fairly priced aswell. I would recommend using this company for any of your embroidery needs. -
