My girls loved the creative ways to practice their breathing techniques amid the stories and yoga poses. Thank you we look forward to more classes.

The classes never disappoint, the teachers are all amazing in their unique way and I just get giddy when I have a class scheduled. Thank you MODO!

i am an amateur but have tried different studios n teachers/instructors and she is by far the best in balancing physical n mental side.
