Pleasant experience using their service to have a water heater installed at my house.

I had the water heater delivered to my house and stored it in the garage a day before Makli Mechanical came over. I was under the impression that I would have to help them take it down to the basement and we’d make a mess by hitting the walls and scratching off the paint but the guys were super professional in the handling and care department, not just for the heater but also my house. They started off by visiting the basement and making sure there was enough space for them to work down there. Then came the tarp, to protect my house from dirty shoes and wet floors. The guys then carried the heater down to the basement and spent some time installing it. Before they left, they showed me the work they had done and assured me of the quality of work. They then proceeded to clean and tidy the area, throw out all the garbage outside in the bin and left me with their business card for future work.

I have since referred them to friends and family for whatever plumbing services they may need. I am a firm believer in supporting local small businesses and the guys at Makli Mechanical deserve all the credit, and I look forward to seeing them grow in the future.
