We interviewed 6 local realtors in Milton and decided on FredHelps, and very happy we did! This is our experience with them:

Coming into our home, Fred and Mike were very prepared, which i can't say for any other realtor who showed up. Prepared with paperwork, they walked through our house and pointed out 3 things other realtors didn't mention, 1 thing we didn't even knew we had!
They spotted the smooth ceiling in our living room. They noticed our house was listed on MPAC was a 3 bedroom, but we actually had a 4 bedroom, and that we have an upgraded gas line - no other realtor mentioned any of these things!

The fredhelps team showed up to stage our home, which definitely made our house stand out, because we were flooded with showings on the first day.

The offers:
This is where Fredhelps really shined and were already very impressed with the process so far. Once an offer came in, the team went to work contacting other clients for us, which turned into a bidding war, which led to over asking for our home!

If you're looking for a realtor, these guys are it! They come with a sense of humour (when it's needed), but always very professional. Fred and Mike make you feel like family -- this made the biggest difference in the whole experiencing, taking the stress of selling your home off your shoulders.
