(December 15, 2021, 2:38 am)Coach Jen has helped me tremendously since I began training with her. I feel great improvements when it comes to posture, as well as my neck and shoulder pains. Not only has she helped me become and feel stronger, but she’s also taught me some great breathing techniques that I use everyday. Coach Jen always gives me her undivided attention and ample time during the session. Her intuition and observation make her a great coach. She is empathetic and truly cares about the well-being of her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding training professional.

(December 11, 2021, 12:43 am)Even if I only had 1 class with Jennifer, she was so awesome. I learned so much about Battle Ropes and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to the proper use of them and many different workouts u can do. Very nice person and friendly as well...

Her commitment and knowledge of health and fitness and her passion to see you succeed from the inside out is absolutely refreshing and empowering. She is extremely professional and empathic and down right the most amazing person I have ever met in the fitness world.
I drive from Brampton, into Milton 3 times a week. If you live just as far as me or just across the street from her in Milton, give her a call.
