It was my first time getting laser hair removal and the owner made sure I understood every step of pre and post laser for skin care as I have dry and sensitive skin. And she thoroughly explained the process of laser hair removal. My tech was professional and experienced. The clinic was very clean, sanitized and smelt great! I travelled from Mississauga and have already booked my next session. I am in love with my results!! I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for laser hair removal.

That being said, the owner was able to answer all my questions and shut down any myths. She was very professional and workspace was clean. She knew what she was doing and talking about, made sure I was comfortable and kept me distracted through the process! I've gone a few times now and the results are WOW! Don't think twice 😍

She provided a very comfortable and sanitary environment, and it quickly became evident that Dermis takes their sanitization very seriously. Definitely will be continuing my sessions and looking forward to my hair-free journey!!
