(November 7, 2019, 3:33 am)I have received osteopathy treatments from Catherine for 7 years for various problems from back pain and neck pain to general imbalance issues. One specific example was after I fell on my knee I experienced relentless facial spasms up and surrounding my whole middle back. She isolated the source of the problem to my knee and after several treatments and time for healing the knee injury the problem went away.

A “whole person” approach is effected & I experienced personal growth as well as physical releasing. A very gentle method & time needs to be taken to notice the gradual changes - I felt “unburdened” & “liberated” & as a result more energy & a lighter approach to life.
