Mike at Pro-Active spent hours that evening on the phone helping me fix the issue without charging me a dime. Saved me a BUNDLE. That was more than enough to make me switch. Mike, Trevor and Joey have been doing my opening and closing ever since. Unlike other companies, they take the time to teach, give professional service, and give great tips to maintain my pool and equipment. Mike is lightening fast to respond to my newbie questions throughout the season, and there doesn’t seem to be a question too dumb to ask.
