  First off, I've read the responses to other reviews, and I acknowledge that it sounds like plans are in motion to fix most of the things I'm going to mention. That said, rooms really need an update, and maintenance. I attached a few photos - usually I wouldn't pay any attention to most of the problems individually, but things added up. Door on the closet was bent and didn't fit right, water diverter for the shower really didn't, turned fully to hot, the shower was just over lukewarm, and the shade on the bedside lamp had a 6 inch tear in it. Beds we're way to soft on the edges and way too hard on the middle. Other than the room itself, the hotel was fine, the meeting room we were in was fine.

  A very nice BW! Quiet and very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there. Clean rooms, kind of wimpy water pressure in the shower but all the amenities are on site available. No included breakfast here though. 10% off at the onsite restaurant for you meals if you’re staying here and pretty good food too

  Staff is excellent. The rooms are a bit dated but otherwise in decent shape. Stayed 2 nights. First room, TV didn't work so I got another room. The bed was horrible. Night 2 new room. Bed was quite nice. The bar has good food.

  Best Western in Milton is a top of the line place to spend the night. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and always smells 'fresh', has an indoor salt water pool, the staff is beyond amazing and personable. Fav hotel to spend a night. Thanks for making our hectic days and nights up there better.
