(February 10, 2019, 10:15 pm)I visited Prada on a Wednesday evening mid January- it was dead.
I walked over to the wallets and I was greeted by an amazing sales associate Lisa. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the products and I was ecstatic when I was able to go home with a beautiful leather wallet.
The outlet doesn't carry Galleria bags, but they still have a beautiful selection at reasonable prices (my wallet was $300 off boutique price).
I can't afford to make another Prada purchase any time soon, but I would recommend my family and friends! -

(January 26, 2019, 6:13 pm)Funny I went last week and the staffs are very friendly and nice especially Lisa. She is excellent I have my bag with half price then original price. Few days ago went again for a jacket . The guy associate , I didnot get his name but he was very good and help me alot.
I saw a guy and a girl associate wasn’t help other customers just chatting each others. Perhaps, Maybe those associates ruin the store reputation.
Inside prada store has “Miu Miu “ products too.
If you are fan of MiuMiu stop by this store.
I personally likes their sunglasses collection.
Overall my experience was good.
