Toasted my laptop with an entire mug of coffee, Andrew not only was able to fix it without losing any of my data, he was also fast, and honest!
He updated me almost daily on delivery of parts, work to be done, complete with pictures and worries. And all said and done his final price ended up being 30% under his initial quote!
Would highly recommend for any of your computer problems.
I recently became victim of fraud and called Andrew to see if he could look into a particular application. He not only told me what I could download for free to do a scan of my computer, he also looked up the application and got back to me. And this is all through my desperate inquiry via phone call! I will be more than happy to solicit his services for legitimate computer issues in the future - if he can look after me that well through a random phone call, I can only imagine the exceptional treatment for his computer services!
Just called them to ask to help me get wifi drivers installed. Helped troubleshoot with me over the phone and correctly identified the issue in only a couple minutes. Could not recommend more.
Very pleased with Andrew’s expertise, professionalism and responsiveness. My hard drive crashed and thought my laptop was beyond repair, however Andrew identified an effective, low cost solution. I received timely updates throughout the entire process. Andrew was able to retrieve all my files and photos, of which I thought for sure would be unrecoverable. I highly recommend Andrew and will definitely call on him again.
Andrew did a fantastic and competent repair to my daughter's computer. Due to a missing recovery partition, Andrew made all the necessary and timely calls to Dell and Microsoft to get everything squared away. Thanks Andrew as you probably lost money on this repair due to the additional time required. I will definitely call you again when I need computer repairs, etc.
