Mike sprang into action and led us along to success. Wonderful pictures and videos of the home were taken and we were rapidly put onto the market. We were selling during Covid-19 difficulties in preparation for our new home build out of the city.
Open houses were not allowed during the crisis and Mike took the time with each individual buyer’s agent to ensure the best possible matches of interest before proceeding. Mike was connected with us constantly throughout each day to completion and also utilized technology to bring us the success we had hoped for.
Without a doubt, we very strongly recommend calling Mike right away as you have a need to sell and/or buy. With his very many years of experience coupled with clearly supportive and caring nature for his clients, no one will be less than very well taken care of. Thanks Mike! -

We had very specific criteria of what we wanted in a home, the neighbourhood it was in and a budget that we wanted to work within. Mike made sure were were set up to see all houses that came on the market that met our criteria. We had seen over 30 homes and even though not all were winners, Mike took the time to make each visit a learning moment from sharing information about the foundations of the homes, types of furnaces, to general information about costs if we wanted to renovate various aspects of the home. Even when we went to an open house and had questions, we would just send Mike a text and he would be on it to find answers for us. Any questions we had, he was quick to respond and he always communicated with us in a professional manner. He was also very helpful in providing useful contacts for insurance, lawyers and mortgage brokers. He even went to city hall to find out if the home we wanted to buy was a heritage home or not. When we purchased our home, Mike took the time to answer our questions about what each document said, what various industry terms meant and always checked in on us providing us next steps as to what we needed to do. His attention to detail was unparalleled, making us feel confident in his ability to make sure that not only he had our best interest in mind but that he would make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Mike truly went above and beyond what we had expected from a realtor.
