We had to close two houses in Mississauga on the same day and move to Guelph to a property that also closed on that day...very stressful and exhausting for us. They were very kind with last minutes requests. Thanks to HeyRay and their outstanding service, we were able to get things organized.

In a panic,Ray's storage not only accommodated me but when I realized the unit I thought I required was too small and the movers had piano in hand, Rays was quick to react supplying me with the size I needed therefore, they rescued me from incurring additional moving expenses!
Not only is the facility clean and secure, the staff and customer service is above and beyond expectations! Even Ray himself has been there personally to greet and/or assist me!
