(May 14, 2022, 1:15 pm)I feel very happy that I chose to do this. I used to feel like I am the way I am and that I could not change the anxiety, self doubt and fear of change. But working with Pauline made me feel safe and hopeful. I’ve made the most progress doing this and it doesn’t even feel like I pushed myself too hard or went over my boundaries. I feel like I can be anyone I want to be. Instead of locking myself away, afraid of talking to people or being observed, she helped me allow myself to be seen. I am a lot more comfortable and secure existing in my body and myself, filled with love. I feel like I can talk to anyone and approach any opportunity, excited to make mistakes and truly learn who I am. Thank you for this💖

The hypnosis work has helped me get tools to work on everyday goals I set for myself. If you were second guessing doing hypnosis I’m telling you go for it!
