(July 5, 2019, 5:36 pm)I pay monthly for Brooks so that I can have my furnace and A/C serviced every year, they make it very affordable and Fran always calls to remind me when the service is due. The technicians are always polite and professional. Highly recommend this company.
June 2019 - Need to add to my review...new A/C installed last week. Technicians were amazing! Had the installation done and cleaned up in a few hours in this much needed heat. Can't speak highly enough of this company! -

(January 25, 2019, 2:17 pm)The service team at Brooks Heating & Air was excellent. We had issues with our gas fireplace recently. Dealing with Francis on the phone was a great experience, in terms of getting an appointment and follow up phone calls and answering my preliminary questions. Most of all I appreciate the professionalism from Andrew, the serviceman that has worked on our fireplace twice now. He is honest, does not upsell parts or services that are not needed, that type of integrity is not seen often enough. Andrew was respectful of our home, by removing his boots and cleaning up any debris from his work. We will always ask for Andrew, going forward for any additional work required. Thank you !!
