Amazing customer service! Very professional staff!

We had a propane leak in our basement and our gas provider sent Jason from Asbuilt to check it out. He arrived within 45min and was very friendly. He quickly isolated a leak on a line but wasn't done. He checked ALL connections and found another pinhole leak. He then gave my furnace a check up, gave me some maintenance tips and adjusted my gas pressure. I was expecting a huge bill for the emergency call out. He said it's no charge! Turns out they had installed the furnace years ago before I moved there. These guys truly guarantee their work. I deffinately recommend them and would use their services again.

I had been using another company for maintenance for the past 10 years on my rental unit in Brampton - discovered that they had actually tagged the unit With a problem a few years ago and no one ever told me - during the yearly and now final maintenance check they decided that they needed to turn the gas off. They immediately wanted to just sell me a furnace without explaining how they could’ve been doing regular maintenance and not inform me of problem. I called Asbuilt. The customer service was outstanding -they were knowledgable professional and very helpful made me feel comfortable that all options would be explored and my tenants would have heat as soon as possible. The technician went over that day and after some informed discussions I made a decision to replace with a high-efficiency furnace. This required a lot of figuring out for installation from mid to high. Again they were very knowledgable and gave me options to help keep costs down. Overall I would highly recommend Asbuilt comfort care to anyone who’s looking for service , a maintenance plan or replacing their current equipment. They were polite over the phone and had someone come out same day at noon when I called in the am. The technician was friendly and professional. The rates were fair and my air is in running order again. Great fast and friendly service!
