This is the best place I've ever done Yoga, challenging, friendly, and relaxing. The space is amazing and Michelle is an amazing instructor.
I’ve been taking the Wednesday night prenatal class for about three month with Michelle, loved every minute of it! Every class is unique and tailored to the needs of each participant that day. The environment is very cozy and welcoming and Michelle is great in explaining more about labour prep, birth and anatomy. I’m very glad I joined during this special time ????????
