(January 17, 2023, 4:00 pm)**Update: Many thanks to Christina! They pushed further at Purolator and the food was delivered to the wrong address. The replacement bag arrived and it was solved.
I've ordered through them twice "successfully" since the fall. The first time they sent the wrong food, and thankfully that was relatively easy to solve with mavitrine/myvetstore once the vet clinic told me eventually that actually it was me who had to directly deal with them. The second time because they outsource delivery it's a nightmare. Purolator does not knock on doors or ring bells (they didn't the previous times) and did not this apparent time they "delivered" - there is no package anywhere so no idea where they delivered it to, I'm currently on hold with them to try and find my 150$ bag of food. This is after they removed my food from the website saying out of stock for weeks to only bring it back Dec 30th at 2023 prices (22$ increase). It's increasingly frustrating to have no choice but to go with them due to the functioning of the vet clinics all around and to still have to jump through hoops to get the food my cats require as per their veterinarian's recommendation for their condition.
I think it is a great concept however it has been horrific, stressful and time consuming to deal with. I will not recommend it to anyone and will be looking for another way to get my food because this cannot continue. -

(July 4, 2022, 9:57 pm)I have been using them for a few years. At first the delivery service they were using ( loomis) was so terrible I thought I would have to find a different product. But they are now using purolator and the delivery service is excellent, on time and right to my door. That is a big relief as I love the products.
