When larger distributors were backordered to a point that made operating my small academic lab very difficult, GeneBio Systems was able to deliver plasticware and some basic reagents in a timely and cost-effective manner. Their outstanding customer service is what stands out to me! if you are an early career researcher or a large organization, I urge you to give GeneBio Systems a try. I have never worked with a company that works with me to understand my unique needs. Everyone on the GeneBio team including the salesperson (Sherrie), the warehouse manager and even the owner, has contacted me at some point to ensure expediency and quality of service. The quality of their products are certainly competitive with what I used buy from larger distributors. We have tested and found many of their regents to be superior. I now use them for all routine laboratory ordering. I give them highest possible recommendation. Thank you GeneBio Systems for helping to preserve my research timelines in an era where supply chains are heavily compromised.
