There was an issue where the seller did not restore a wall per the purchase agreement and Mike provided a handyman and was willing to cover the cost of the repair.
I would not hesitate to work with Mike and Maureen in the future. -

We felt absolutely no pressure in any of our decisions. He respected our budget and did not insist on us offering above our limit or playing bidding games. We found exactly what we were looking for. Getting the home inspected and finding a mortgage was also a breeze thanks to Mike's advice. He "held our hand" through the whole process.

They were professional and kind and gave us advice that didn’t push us to buy or not. It was all very informative advice. What should we look out for, if something was obviously overpriced.
Meet spoke to a few other real estate agents from other groups and it felt like we were on a showroom floor looking at cars. Mike and Maureen were very kind and had answers to all our questions. We did end up buying through them and we genuinely do not regret it! When we look for a larger home in the future we’ll definitely be going back with them!
