Frew has been our fuel supplier for many years now. We are a medium size company that uses different types of fuel. We have never had a problem with Frew and they have been very accommodating when emergency fuel has been needed.
So I tried to make it through this winter with my old furnace and tank that i inherited with the purchase of my house. Unfortunately time was not on my side. The furnace started acting up not too long ago and i had my wife and 2 little daughters to keep warm. I called Frew Energy and was put into contact with Lorri Grosul. She is an angel. Fixed me up right away with a tech and immediate service to keep my family warm. Amazing customer service. When you call Frew ask for Lori. My family and I thank you for your dedication to this matter.

I lifted my oil tank to level the patio stone underneath and was told I have to pay $75 plus $40 for paperwork for their contractor to inspect it. Got bumped up to the manager Lorri. She gave me the information that if I got a service of our furnace the tank fees would be waived. Great! Thanks to Lorri for laying out my options in a clear professional manner.
