He is organized, on time and communicates clearly about what to expect, when the work will be done and how best to achieve the results you want. Dave also works with contractors who share his attitude to the job. We always knew what to expect from Dave, and what we got was outstanding. We have recommended Dave to friends and they all agree that Dave is the guy to get to build your home.

From demolition of an existing house through to completion of our new bungalow Dave was able to interpret our vision and worked with us to ensure every detail. We were thankful for his expertise and guidance throughout the project. Details such as trim profile, size and quality of interior doors to Windows and exterior stone choices, it was Dave's insight and knowledge of materials that helped us to make the right choices. His contractors were not only a delight to deal with, but their workmanship is top quality. The entire project came in on-time and on budget. I wouldn't hesitate to use DB Custom Homes for any project.
