The daily morning classes are awesome and my strength has improved greatly. I especially enjoy the "Science of Stretching" classes 2x week. I have more energy now and can keep up with my 4 grandkids! *** Thank you Coach T! ***

She will encourage, coach, and guide you through well planned strength training workouts that produce fast results. I already feel stronger and more capable and I've only been a member for a couple of months. The group is so welcoming and friendly that I look forward to 7am workouts! Unheard of for this sleepy head!

Theresa is brilliant at mixing it up with compound movements to maximize class time for great results. Positive group dynamic fostered with lots of laughs, compassion, out of class follow up and genuine care. The highest recommendation!

I have been a member of Body Reset since the beginning, the workouts are fun, the members are inspiring, and the workouts are led by Theresa who gives hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The 45 min training goes super fast, and you will really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. I am so pleased with the results I have achieved so far, and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape.
