Brandon made my experience as stress free as possible, by updating me on any changes or concerns he had for me. It seemed like he was always 2 steps ahead. When Brandon felt like I wasn't fully understanding something, he would stop and go over it in a different way until I was in full understanding. This put me at ease throughout this stressful process.
Brandon was available whenever I needed him. Although I knew he was very busy, he was calm and treated me like I was his only client.
Brandon went above and beyond for me several times when dealing with my bank's local branch. My branch's advisor's were not listening to me in helping meet my needs. Brandon had already set up most of what they had to do, but they were trying to get me to sign into a plan with higher interest rates. He stepped in on my behalf several times, and spoke with managers in order for the process to go through how it was intended.
