Extremely unhappy following my appointment when I requested that the optical centre employee measure my pupillary distance (PD), as the optometrist advised me to do after I requested the same from her. The employee flat out declined my request, and when I questioned why, he responded with "you should not buy online." PD is required when shopping online for glasses... In an effort to deter customers from taking their business online, this Walmart offered poor service, and left this customer with a negative experience. They may think I should not buy my glasses online, but this experience makes me think, actually makes me sure, that I will not give my business to Walmart's Vision Centre again.
