James gave us lots of options and when we decided what was right for us, James set everything up and showed us how to use/maintain our products. As a smoker for 34 years I finally quit via vaping. Had been to a couple other shop's who although perhaps had the best intentions, didn't provide me the customer service Paul did. I have done the research and had a "shopping list" of questions as well as concerns. Paul not only worked together with me but realized my concerns and set me up with just what I needed, based on my input. I highly recommend "Twisted Coils" Burlington location, as the customer service is tailored to the individual as opposed to up-selling which made me feel appreciated.
I will certainly be a return customer as first impressions are lasting.
