Took the time to answer my questions and addressed my concerns, explained the process and what to expect. I recommend Total Home Windows and Doors to others -great product and service. We shopped around but once we connected with Total Home Windows and Doors and discussed the process, pricing etc. we made the decision to proceed with this company and we are so happy we did!! The staff from Alexandra (reception) Daniel (Sales) and Vitaly (Owner) and the installers they did a great job with communication, friendly disposition and an overall job well done
