I just renewed my mortgage with Tim and I have to say that this was by far the easiest renewal I’ve ever been through, and we did some refinancing too for some home renovations. Tim was a pleasure to deal with and got me a fantastic rate! I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to renew or refinance.

Tim was amazing !! We were selling a house, buying a new house and refinancing a third house, all in a short period of time- Tim answered any and all questions we had.
