(July 30, 2019, 2:16 pm)Prior to calling the Vacuum Shoppe I went in circles trying to obtain a part for my Miele vac. Several weeks, several trips, two wrong parts. As soon as I called the Vacuum Shoppe my problem was solved. They really know Miele vacuums. They had the part in stock, sent a photo of it to put my mind at ease and I had the part in hand within hours. The level of service was way beyond my expectations. Thank you Jay.

(May 2, 2019, 9:52 pm)Brought in a 30+ year old vacuum that refuses to die but needed a new hose, but parts are no longer available for it save for the bags. The good folks here at The Vacuum Shoppe were able to cut out the old hose and replace it with a new hose that they then made to fit while still using the vacuum’s original ends & fittings, and did a nice clean installation of it. The machine has a new lease on life once again. Excellent workmanship and it was done in a day.

(February 9, 2019, 4:38 pm)Excellent service! I needed a new hose and small vacuum repair. Then discovered that I’d left my wallet at home, what a hassle as I live far from the store! Without me even asking, Jason the store manager, offered to bring the repaired items home with him, (as he happens to love closer to my area) for me to pick up that evening from his house. Jason saved me an hour of extra driving! Now that’s what I call personal service! Thanks Jason!

With her being visually impaired we wanted something compact and easy to carry. Jay took the time to explain the advantages of several products to chose. With his excellent knowledge, we decided on a Miele. It is the most efficient vacuum we have ever purchased. Jay is always there to answer any questions we may have. We highly recommend the Vacuum Shoppe for any further purchases.
