(August 4, 2021, 7:09 pm)I had a great experience buying a new phone at The Source, Mapleview Mall. I had gone to the Bell store, but they didn’t have what I needed. Lorenzo was extremely pleasant to deal with. He ensured the transfer of data from one phone to another was fully completed for the two different transfer issues I needed done. The other sales rep in the store at the time, Jeff, was likewise accommodating and cheerful. My shopping experience at the Source was first class.

(April 5, 2021, 3:00 pm)walked all across the mall and saw nothing but over priced phones until we went here, brendon and lorenzo gave us an amazing price on new phones that was ways cheaper then what any other store was offering, they were also very helpful with setting up the phones for us and transfering our data

But ever since they've started carrying companies phone plans I guess, anytime I go in a source store now, I'm being chatted up by staff about who my phone plan is with.. I normally like to be nice and entertain the conversation but literally everytime it ends up, with me being asked how much I pay for my phone plan.. this is not appropriate and I end the conversation every single time. Stop pushing your employees to do this. Its getting really annoying. -
