We stopped in for lunch last weekend and had a terrific meal. It took quite a while to get our food—and the place wasn’t busy—but that’s our only minor quibble. The food was incredible and, in all sincerity, we got a lamb sandwich that dreams are made of. The service was good, too, and the space is attractive and welcoming with local artists displaying their work on the walls. This place is a gem. Highly recommended.

Such a great dining experience! We were immediately greeted by (who I'm 99% sure was) the owner. He was super friendly, made us feel comfortable and welcome right away, just an overall pleasant person. He made sure none of us had any allergies and invited us to share any dietary restrictions we thought he might need to be aware of. Shortly after we were seated and got our drinks, another server was designated to our table and she was also a delight! Really loved the staff there. The decor was very comfortable, lots of warm colours and wood accents. It's a cute little place but the space still manages to feel really open, and the music wasn't too loud which I find tends to happen in a lot of restaurants - but not this one! My mum and I shared the coconut shrimp which was so yummy, I was almost mad I'd agreed to share. I got the lamb souvlaki for my main which, no surprise, was also delicious. Come to this place hungry! Nobody at my table managed to finish their plate. The menu has a good variety without having too many options. I can't speak for the drink options, as I stuck to water. There were no long waits, no rude staff, and the prices are more than reasonable. I literally can't think of any complaints or "cons". I would come back here in a heartbeat the next time I'm in Burlington with friends.

I cannot wait to go back for the vegetarian platter!! It was beyond amazing! The Hood is an adorable spot, our server was very friendly and the food is just so delicious! I’d like to see an addition of a high chair for the babies as one wasn’t available on my last visit. Otherwise still 10/10!!

Amazing place... great atmosphere, service and food! The burger just took over the lead for my favourite burger.
