(February 23, 2021, 7:21 pm)Only a few weeks ago, our lives were completely different. As a mother of 3 kids, I could not function because I was literally sleep-deprived. My 13 month old woke up several times every night and would remain awake from 2am to 6am almost every single night. He also wouldn’t nap during the day and when he did, it would be for 15 minutes at a time, and this was after spending hours putting him to sleep. He was miserable and over-tired but still would never have a good sleep. I felt like I tried everything. When contemplating hiring someone for help, my husband and and I were skeptical. After all, this was our third child and we thought we had the experience. After we started Emma’s sleep program (which was very specific), our tired baby slept through the night on day ONE. I thought it was a coincidence but then he napped for HOURS the next day. The cycle continued and he has been sleeping beautifully ever since. I cannot think of any words to express my sincere gratitude for this program. It has literally changed our lives. I now have the energy to take care of my children and I even have time for myself. Thank you Emma! To anyone thinking of trying this program, don’t hesitate for a moment longer. Seriously, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!!!!
