Joe is very knowledgable and was very helpful in answering all my queries regarding my home. He is the best.
Joe helped us out with designs for structural renovations. Rate was beyond reasonable, considering everything he did to provide guidance to the contractor. He always seemed to be available when we needed him.
There is no way this could have gone as well without him!
We chose Joe as he was one of two inspectors listed on the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors website and I'm glad we did. He was thorough, while not wasting any time. We moved into a very old home that's needed some remediation work and updates and he's not hesitated to be there answering emails for us after the case. Being new to this area his referrals have been helpful. I'd definitely recommend.
I have used an inspector in Toronto for quite some time, but needed a Hamilton area inspector.
