Dan took our mid 60s split level property and with the scope of a complete gut/renovation - transformed into our dream home - all executed within the positioned budget and timeline.
Up front, Dan invested the time to understand our vision, continued to listen to our needs as the project unfolded - all the while setting and managing our expectations.
We couldn’t have asked for stronger communication, organization, attention to detail and quality workmanship.
As the scope of the project changed based on our needs or a complication - Dan was thorough in positioning options so we felt confident in making the right decisions. His design sensibilities were valued in helping us select the perfect finishes - reveal work, transitions, vents, returns and hardware.
Dan’s team were very friendly, hardworking, respectful and highly skilled. Anytime I observed his team they were always putting in the extra effort to make sure the execution exceeded expectations.
