My condo board was eager to fix the problem but I felt that they were cutting corners in regards to how they wanted to address the issue (drywall & paint). I did a bit of research online as I was looking for someone who could advise on the correct way to assess and address the issues resulting from the leak. This is when I came across Reno IQ. Ken Long came to my condo, looked at the issues and prescribed a remedy. I then went back to my condo board with Ken's recommendations. The condo board in turn scheduled a repair & restoration company to come by and do another assessment. As it turns out there was $4000 in damages (almost exactly what Ken estimated) that would have been otherwise overlooked. I cannot thank Ken Long enough for his prompt and professional services! Without his help I would have never known what actually needed to be done. Thank you Reno IQ!

(August 16, 2018, 9:03 pm)My wife and I were looking at buying a home in Burlington which to meet the needs of our family would have required a significant addition / reno of a garage and a master suite above the garage. Ken from Reno IQ evaluated the project, helped us establish a budget for the job and provided invaluable insight into a number of potentially costly items we had not previously considered. Ultimately, my wife and I did not make an offer on the house.
In dealing with Ken, I found him to be thorough, professional and punctual. In future if I am undertaking any renovation work involving contractors, I will certainly seek Ken’s professional advice and services again.
