We recently added a pool to our backyard and chose Pool Doctors to fulfill our dream. I am so glad we chose them as the experience from start to finish was exceptional. From the first inquiry call, Terence answered all my questions and gave us a vision of what our transformed backyard would look like. Digging a pool doesn't come without its unexpected challenges, but the crew at Pool Doctors were creative to solve for and deal with any construction delays, design elements, town related permit issues. Comparing our finished product to others in the area - i know we lucked out finding Pool Doctors. In the end we got a premier product, delivered on time and on budget. From the quality of the pool equipment, the landscaping stone work and cuts, the underpadded stairs leading into the pool, the custom seating bench to chill in the deep end, all of it was core to their product offer and no up sell. Not to be outdone, Jon/Tony and the service crew have always been responsive with questions and help which goes a long way as a new pool owner. Never have i felt that i couldn't reach out to them and ask questions after the pool completion and for the years following. Anyone considering adding a pool to your backyard, do yourself a favor and add Pool Doctors to your list of candidates. I guarantee you won't regret meeting with them.

We had been dreaming of redesigning our entire backyard with a pool, waterfall, patio, cabana....the whole works for years. The Pool Doctors came highly recommended to us and after interviewing some other pool companies, we felt they captured exactly what we wanted. It was a massive project, but everything was clearly mapped out and detailed. Terry and his Team would come up with creative idea's along the way which turned out to be brilliant. We absolutely love our backyard, and enjoy it through all the seasons. Our neighbours can't get over how stunning it looks, and are thrilled to come over for a swim. The Pool Doctors took care of everything from start to finish, there was no job too big or too small, which made the process seamless. I also appreciate their level of customer service, any questions I have they're addressed promptly and professionally. Needless to say, Terry has become a friend which is awesome as we'll continue to use their services for the entire maintenance of our pool for years to come!
