Paul's taken the time to explain specific situations that apply (and don't apply) to my taxes, and has done so in a way that I understand what he means.
There were a few years that my income was less-than-ideal and he took even more time to both encourage me and be tactfully honest about what could happen if we had to have the same conversation for a few more years.
