Awesome place to shop!! Great sales, spotless clean store, huge assortment of everything from Flowers to vegetarian foods to great cuts of redmeat ,pork, chicken, fish
Fresh veggies and Dairy, plus plus plus! The aisles where huge!! Enough room for wheelchairs as well. Staff was helpful, kind and respectful! Nice smiles! I cant say enough good things! Will recommend you to my friends and family!! Thankyou for the great shopping experience!!

Great ! They installed a Starbucks and renovated the place to make it look less depressing! Only issue I have is that it's a perfect place to have emotional discussions about life, because all that plays in this grocery store is lots of Coldplay and mainstream music from 2012.

Been a while since I went shopping at metro, haven't been there since the changes they made to the store, what a difference, the layout is so much better, they also have a starbucks with lots of seats if you want to enjoy a beverage before you shop. I was impressed with the choices especially with fresh prepared meals, why cook when when you can pick up a healthy meal.. My only complaint was I bought two products on sale and the sale price didn't come up on my bill so I had to stand in line to get my sale price. Other then that I will come back and shop here.

Excellent quality of food. Prime rib is amazing. You can even ask the butcher to cut it to the bone specifications you need to have dinner for two or family

Takeaway food still needs improvement - I was really hopeful that they would have more options like Fortino's has. Other than the takeaway area, this store is the best grocery store in Burlington. You can get anything you want here. They have all the items that are hard to find. Bakery could use more cakes with fresh cream, but they do have some that are great. Meat dept best in Burlington. Produce is good also. Bakery is amazing, best breads for 1.89 (who can beat that price?!) The cheddar bread is killer, toast it and then put butter on - whoa.. awesome. Love this place, but they need to improve their takeaway section. The hot pizzas are great if you have time to wait. The dough is wonderful, I've taken it home to roll out and bake.. and yummy!! They need more killer soups and a better salad bar, and improved chicken fingers.
