(February 13, 2022, 10:32 pm)Fantastic facility period! Suitable for different ages, clean and reasonably spacious with very good temperature as we didn’t freeze like other indoor play areas. We love the security as they give wrist bands to match parents with child. Also, their kitchen offer a variety of dishes on their menu including salads (this is rare on other places). Staff are very friendly.
My kid loves it and we’ve been more than twice and will have a yearly membership.

(December 22, 2021, 9:36 pm)Great place. Kids had a blast and i think that I'm just as tired from chasing them around. Staff were amazing keeping everything clean. I didn't have a single covid worry as all parents were masked and being responsible for themselves and their children. We will absolutely return.

(December 7, 2021, 3:00 am)One of the best indoor playgrounds around. The staff are very helpful and there is lots for the kids to do. The food services are decent and the arcade is large. The only downside is how very busy the place can be. The have 5-6 party rooms so on a weekend it’s jammed. I tend to visit during the early morning on weekdays when the place is a lot quieter. Either way your kids will have a blast.

(November 28, 2021, 3:24 pm)My kids are 3 and 5 and it was absolutely perfect. I actually got work done while they ran around and had fun, I had fun with them as well when it was arcade time. The food was decent. They didn't have workers at the food and arcade ticket place so you have to wait around at the counter everytime. If someone is there all the time and ready to go then I would give 5 stars. This place is super clean and super fun.

(October 11, 2021, 2:27 pm)Kids always have a great time here great staff lots of things for kids to do…. fairly priced and plenty of sofas for the adults…. free wifi and coffee love coffee it is also possible for adults to participate in play I am 6 foot 2 and can maneuver no problem in the play area I am sure this is the nicest inside play area in the Hamilton area I would recommend this place to everyone with children from infant to adult years old I should know I have 4 children all under 12 years old … they also have a gyro type machine which is also free for children with price of admission good times for everyone…. C you there…
