(February 9, 2020, 12:41 am)Master Bruce's Tai Chi and Qui Gong classes have given me more skills than I signed up for. Besides the mindfulness and serenity that Tai Chi offer, his classes have had the unexpected effect of increasing my focus and patience. His method of teaching Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi is detailed and clear. I have finally found the physical exercise that I don't have to force myself to do - It is enjoyable and I look forward to the workouts.

With decades of experience he is teaching the pure, classic traditional form - with patience, humour and great skills. The QiGong classes are the icing on the cake: these ancient exercises helped improve my breathing that even my doctors were surprised by the results! And they are included with the Tai Chi classes.
