Katelyn was incredibly accommodating, kind and understanding throughout my time working with her. I could really feel how important it was to her that I find a place that I was completely happy with, rather than just locking down a sale. She went above and beyond at every turn, and jumped on any listing I was interested in at lightning speed to make sure I didn’t miss out. Things were never delayed on her end, and I was always impressed by how she prioritized me both late into the evening, as well as squeezing in phone calls with me when she was incredibly herself. It truly felt like she fought for me as if I was family. I could not recommend her enough and will most definitely be working with her again in the future!

Katelyn recently worked very hard to help my daughter find an apartment to rent. She was very responsive and showed her a variety of options with the criteria that my daughter had laid out. She worked quickly to help her put offers in, in a competitive rental market. Throughout the process Kaitlyn responded very quickly and thoroughly to all of our questions and remained always friendly and cooperative. On a tight time frame, Kaitlyn helped my daughter to finally procure an apartment in the catchment area of her work. Kaitlyn continued to support my daughter after moving in with communication with the landlord as she transitions into her new apartment.
