Her background in fitness helps to understand the impact of injuries on mobility. She's able to provide exercises to help me take responsibility for my health too. And I love that she uses the Biomat in her practice. It adds extra warmth and pain relief to support my body with getting the most out of the session. I highly recommend Sarah.

She has a complete understanding of your individual physical pain and pays close attention to the areas you ask her to focus on. I have been going to Sarah for over 4 years now and I will never consider another R.M.T.
