Formerly a Canadian owned company and now owned and operated by a Chinese from China. The male "boss" as we call him, was the one responsible setting up and fixing some of the silk screens machines. Technically he is good the problem is that he doesn't speaks any English and communicates with us in Mandarin, which we can't fully understand. He'll get frustrated when we can't fully get what he is trying to say. He screams and ridicules at his workers who is not Chinese and prefers to hire his own kind. One of the boss, a lady was more of westernised kind and speak and communicate in English and was more patient and accomodating. A bit of advice, if you are not a Chinese and wanted to apply for a job here, better go to other places cuz their preference are of Chinese who can speak and be an obedient subject to the man boss.
