UPDATED: Original review below. After I wrote this review I have to say First Ontario called immediately and apologized. I respect this greatly and I came in for an appointment and was deeply impressed with Anetta's product knowledge and ability to suggest financial aspects and bank accounts that may suite my family. I am looking forward to working with First Ontario. Anetta proved that they're willing to own up to a drop in service and exceed expectations. Parking is available and a very special live ATM open at 8am is available for members of First Ontario to talk to a rep for their transactions. Thank you!

Pretty disappointing. I went in to the local branch at around 5pm and the nice staff member gave me a card of their account rep because they were closing. I left a VM message with Anetta to follow up and its been almost a week with not a word. I followed up with a direct call to their automated customer service line and was stuck in a loop for over 5 minutes waiting to be directed to any CSR to pick up the phone. One would think it should be easier to become a member of a Credit Union. It certainly made me feel that they aren't looking for members that hard. I'm disappointed too because they were the local credit union and seemed so friendly at first interaction. I wish their follow up was better!

Best thing I've done in a long time. Becoming a member of the credit union again. Staff are amazing here.

Simply outstanding! This was the best service I ever received at a bank. I was pleasantly surprised at the positive treatment I received. The staff genuinely cared about my business and ensuring I was receiving the best product for my business. They took time to explain everything and to offer support for my business. Thank you to branch manager Amanda, Josh and all the other members on staff today!

Inviting and warm. Staff is friendly and doesn't treat you like a number. Low fees compared to the "regular" banks.
