(January 18, 2021, 3:47 am)I cannot describe how happy my wife and I were to find authentic Egyptian --Cairene and Alexandrian-- cuisine right around the corner of where we live. It seems that the owners have moved to Hamilton where we live. You'll find them setup at Salti's Market. We grabbed some ridiculously fresh Eshta made from buffalo milk, and some tender charcoal grilled BBQ chicken. I can't wait to try the fish, liver, STUFFED Pigeons, TARB (omg yes) eggplant rockets, koshary, hawawshi, and and and. They make everything and it's relatively light --not oily at all. I'll write them another review at their new location in Hamilton once it's on Google Maps.
EDIT: I'm editing my review to re-emphasize how unbelievably perfect the Eshta (Buffalo Milk Cream) was. Of all the things I never expected to find in Canada, this tops the list. We are extremely lucky to have this place in the city. -

(December 8, 2020, 4:55 am)This place wins. If you are tired of traditional "arabic restaurants" that only sell shawarma, and looking for something different, please look no further. We ordered Mix grill, Grilled Tarb, Hawawshi, and Mumbar from El3ezba Egyptian Catering. The food was magnificently on point, their portion sizes are fairly big. They also have variety of other mouthwatering items on their menu. I picked the stuff that I personally struggle cooking it, or can't find it somewhere else. Their food was heavenly delicious. I'll definitely buy from them again soon, and I highly recommend them to anyone's looking for authentic Egyptian homemade food.
