Review is mixed on this one. The assistant who took care of me for my root canal was absolutely lovely and did everything she could to make me comfortable before, during and after the procedure. Her sense of humour and welcoming manner made the entire process of a root canal almost pleasant. Dr. Munce himself was efficient but lacked the bedside manner of many other dentists. You’ll get the job done but minus any pleasantries or chit chat. Get your interaction from his assistant. The woman who processed the financial piece after the procedure was likely the most rude, inconsiderate and abrupt individual I’ve met in my life. Be prepared to feel spoken down to and treated VERY poorly by her. I wish I knew her name to warn people off or to make a more formal complaint to the dentist. I hope I never have to interact with her again in this lifetime. Horrid person. But stick with the assistant and you’ll do just fine.
