I saw through my agent that Dawn Victoria had a new development being built in Waterdown and jumped on it! So far, the process has been smooth and professional. The lady I spoke to at Dawn Victoria about upgrades and features was polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend this builder to anyone for their care and attention to detail!

The agents were very helpful and answered all my questions. I was really impressed with the selection at the Design Centre and was able to get what I wanted. The guys on site were great too and addressed any issue that I had. I would definitely purchase from this builder again.
